Q. What kind of shipping should I choose for my order?
We offer 4 rates of delivery service depending on location and order weight.
- Local Delivery - Under 5 miles (No weight limit) - Free*
- Over 5 miles & 5kg and below - £4.99
- Over 5 miles & between 6-27kg - £7.99
- Over 5 miles & over 27kg - £9.99
Unfortunately, due to the constant increase of courier charges we have had to implement these new weight-based charges on our deliveries effective from the 1st of October.
Please note that our large bags of bird food and litter are for local delivery only. If you are within the 5-mile radius, then click local delivery as we will hand deliver these items ourselves (Minimum order amount required). Local delivery is done on Tuesday & Thursday's. Q. Which courier(s) do we use for shipping?
Depending on the items you have bought and where about you live, we will use Hermes, DPD or Yodel for anyone over 5 miles from our shop (BL8 3QG) this will be for smaller items that can be shipped via courier and some larger bags of dog food. If you are within the 5 mile radius, we will deliver your order straight to your door.
Q. How do I know if I'm within the free delivery radius?
Please see our map image below, if you are within the radius you are eligible for free delivery.
*Minimum spend of £10 required.
Q. Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return an item however, there are some conditions, the item would need to be in the same condition it was sent in (I.e no open bags). The cost of postage would have to be covered by yourself aswell, unless the item is faulty.
