Q. What carrier do we use for shipping?

Depending on the items you have bought and where about you live, we will use Hermes or DPD for anyone over 5 miles from our shop (BL8 3QG) If you are within the radius, shop owner Tom will deliver it straight to your door.

 

Q. What kind of shipping should I choose for my order? 

This depends on where you are, if you are over the 5 mile radius (BL8 3QG) then you will need to pick the £4.99 option as we will use a carrier to post the items to you. (Please note that some of our bird food and cat litter is for local delivery only)  If you are within the 5 mile radius then click FREE delivery as we will hand deliver these items ourselves.
